| I lost my progress | Progress lives on the device only. If you deleted the app, it is gone — we keep no copy, because we keep no data at all. Purchases can be brought back: Shop → Restore purchase. |
| I paid and got nothing | Open Shop → Restore purchase. If that does not help, write to us with the date of the purchase; Apple can confirm it. |
| Are there ads? | No. Not banners, not videos, not between levels — the game has no advertising at all and no advertising SDK inside it. There is nothing to buy your way out of. |
| Does the game need the internet? | No. Everything works offline. The only thing that ever leaves the device is a Game Center score, and only if you sign in. |
| Where do my photos go? | Nowhere. A photo you choose is cut into cards on your device and forgotten when you leave the screen. |
| How do I delete my data? | Settings → Reset progress, or simply delete the app. |
